During my recent stay at Fletcher Hotel, I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Fundi, where I experienced a culinary journey like no other. The elegant setting and luxurious ambiance perfectly complemented the innovative cuisine served. As a German art enthusiast, I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of each dish, reminiscent of a carefully curated gallery exhibit.I opted for the seasonal specialties, indulging in the delicate flavors of white asparagus and the freshness of seafood. The chef's dedication to using the finest ingredients shone through in every bite, elevating my dining experience to new heights.While breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked the creativity and refinement of the evening menu at Restaurant Fundi.
